the day before.

phew. today's such an interesting yet boring day. didn't go out today, promised my mummy to help take care of my baby boy, bryce! he very guai today, didn't give me any problems at all. fed him with porridge at about 12 plus and he finishes it all. played with him for awhile, really make me happy sia, never seen a boy boy with such a great smile. but he always bully me, always don't want to sleep. so i've got no choice, i coax him to sleep in my arms and i fell asleep too! so fun~ how nice if he's my son. bathed him at night and i went for my supposedly 4km jog.

and when i said jog, it is really jog. i think, in my life, i've never run before. lmao. purely jog. i walked 400m for warming up and then start my 4km jog, jog till bout 2.8km i stopped, too tired to continue. too long nvr jog already i guessed. so i completed my remaining 1.2km by some brisk walking, i think the more i walk, the more brisk i gets. which means faster! stomache. rushed home and headed to the toilet.

some random infos,

personal grooming stuffs, very impt for me. =X sounds so vain sia.
  • pantene hair fall control shampoo (normal hair) i know i don't have much hair on top, but trust me, i'm hairy. =X
  • follow me, nature's path anti bacterial shower foam (anti bact should means no bacteria should stay on me and it doesn't kill me cos i'm not a bacteria.)
  • johnsons & johnsons, clean and clear facial wash ( to maintain my silky complexion on my face)
  • colgate triple action toothpaste (to brush teeth of course)
  • listerine, cool citrus antisceptic mouthwash (dummy proof, to wash my mouth)
  • gillette, mach 3 turbo (shaver)
  • rexona, ionic men, anti-perspirant deodorant (should know is what right)
  • Calvin Klein's ck be perfume for men. (perfume liao hor, no need explain).

all these are my personal grooming stuffs, for men who wants to give yourself a fresh look and don't look sloppy, use them ba. good or not, your pick, to me, it's fine. =)

p/s: i'll help those who deserved to be helped. if you had difficulties, can just tell me. i'm not the most unreasonable man on earth. if you need someone to give opinions, i'll give whatever you need and something more. if you need a listening ear, i promise i'll be my very quiet and give you my ear.
