IPPT Trial Run

Standing Board Jump : 200 cm
4 x 10 Shutter Run: 11.34 secs
1 min Sit-ups: 36
Pull ups: 0

Overall: FAILED.

hahahaha..but im happy that my standing board jump improved by 40 cm...last time during sec 4 i only managed to jump 161cm hahahaha...can imagine how fat was i last time....lolx....

sooooo long nvr blog....so better update abit....dunno what to update also....im still a happy man...but with financial crisis.....hahaha....see ya around next time.....(:

p/s: im so engrossed in maple story..god please help me...im getting older cos i nag a lot..
